NCAA Football 14 Demo Features Alabama Crimson Tide, Opponent Frustration

Alabama Crimson Tide fans that can’t wait to start watching college football can get a taste of the season opener with this demo of NCAA Football 14 featuring the Tide and their first opponent, the Virginia Tech Hokies.

The guy demonstrating gameplay provides running commentary as he plays, noting things like the lack of uniform options for Alabama during game setup (that’s a feature, not a bug), before choosing to play as the Hokies. His comments contain the same hilarious frustration of anyone that’s not a fan of the Tide forced to observe their dominance:

Some choice comments during the video:

“Is that dude’s girlfriend in the game? [referring to a strangely bald AJ McCarron during the coin toss]

“Why do they even put stars on the players? Don’t they all get stars at Alabama?”

“Yeah, they’re probably gonna send everybody up the line.”

“Well, that couldn’t have gone worse…”

The gamer does manage to eke out a victory against the Tide, which may or may not be true to how the game will eventually play out. Have you already downloaded the demo and played it? What did you think?
