Alabama to meet Oklahoma in Sugar Bowl

On ESPN’s “BCS Selection Show” it was officially announced that on January 2nd the third ranked Alabama Crimson Tide (11-1) will face off against eleventh ranked Oklahoma Sooners (10-2) for the first time since 2003 in the All State Sugar Bowl.

The Sugar Bowl takes place January 2nd at 8:30 PM (eastern) on ESPN from the Super Dome in New Orleans, LA.

The rest of the BCS Bowls were announced as well. In the Fiesta Bowl #6 Baylor will meet #15 Central Florida, in the Rose Bowl #5 Stanford faces #4 Michigan State, in the Orange Bowl #12 Clemson will face off against #7 Ohio State, and in the BCS National Championship #1 Florida State faces #2 Auburn.
