According to a report from CBS Sports senior Alabama guard, Anthony Steen, had shoulder surgery on his shoulder to correct a partially torn labrum following the Iron Bowl.

Nick Saban will likely address the injury this week. Steen has started 36 games during his Alabama career and was an All-SEC performer this year. Likely replacing him in the Sugar Bowl will be fellow senior Kellen Williams.
