Someone Rolled Alabama’s Quad After Auburn’s Loss

Auburn Tigers fans are famous for taking to Toomer’s Corner to roll the trees after an Auburn victory, an Alabama loss, or just about any reason at all. It’s one of college football’s weirder traditions, in our opinion, but it’s much beloved by the Auburn faithful.

Now somebody has attempted to do the same in Tuscaloosa.

BamaHammer writer Chris Dodson tweeted us this photo he took on campus this morning, showing what appears to be toilet paper in one of the trees on the Quad on the University of Alabama campus.

Alabama fans have for a long time prided themselves on not doing things like charging the field, tearing down goal posts, and the like. Hopefully this was just someone who was too full of Bama, or some other substance, and who will be corrected gently by his fellow fans.

Taunt Auburn all you want, but don’t deface your own campus in doing so. Let’s not be guilty of pooping where we eat. Leave that to our rivals.
