Alabama’s number one recruit in the 2015 signing class has decomitted from the Crimson Tide. The No. 1 quarterback prospect in 2015 according to 247Sports, Ricky Town, has chosen to reopen his recruitment.
The 6-foot–4, 190 pound high school star announced his decommitment on Twitter on Saturday afternoon.
Today I have de-committed from Alabama. It was an honor to get to know Coach Saban and the Alabama fans. Thank you!

Alabama head coach Nick Saban visited Town earlier this week at his school in Ventura, California.
Ricky Town offered no real explanation for the decision, but he holds offers from almost every major school including Florida State, Arizona State, Georgia and USC. Many experts believe that the Trojans may be at the top of Town’s list.
Town recently took an unofficial visit to USC and the new Trojans’ coaching staff have made the quarterback a top priority for the 2015 recruiting class.
