We’ve made it. We are officially under seven days till the season opener. The Alabama Crimson Tide was back at it again today but will have a day off tomorrow.
According to BamaOnline’s report, the Tide almost had their full roster at practice. They were only missing tight end Kurt Freitag and walk-on running back Lawrence Erekoshima.
Dominick Jackson didn’t appear limited and was getting reps at left tackle behind Cameron Robinson. Second team offensive line was Jackson, Brandon Greene, Bradley Bozeman, Leon Brown and Grant Hill. First team remained the same.
Strength coach Scott Cochran was also doing his thing by tormenting running backs going through drills. Be sure to check the above link for more from the guys at BamaOnline.
Per Marq Burnett’s report in the Anniston Star, the Tide’s nickel package had Cyrus Jones and Bradley Sylve at corner with Landon Collins and Nick Perry at safety. Reggie Ragland and Trey DePriest was at linebacker and Jarrick Williams was at Star. Cooper Bateman and David Cornwell worked as scout team quarterbacks.
And a little something extra to get you ready for next weekend.
