This week we celebrated a holiday of thanks, so we decided to talk about the 10 things that we are most thankful for as Alabama football fans.

Clearly we have been blessed, from championships to pro level talent, it’s obvious that the Lord loves Alabama football.

10 The Million Dollar Band

Alabama has an amazing band.  These athletes, and yes they are athletes, practice all week and perform at countless university events.  You think the football team works hard? Well the Million Dollar Band works hard too y’all. What would “Rammer Jammer” be without the band? What would the break between the 3rd and 4th quarters be without the band playing and dancing to “Basket Case”? The band always produces pure gold, we are particularly partial to this years “Uptown Funk” performance.

We aren’t going to name names, but not every band in the SEC is good… not by a long shot.  Some bands just do ridiculously silly circle drills after all. Alabama is spoiled by having such an outstanding group of students who work their tails off to perform for the Crimson Tide faithful.

The Million Dollar Band is a huge part of creating the atmosphere that makes a game day in Tuscaloosa one of the best experiences in the country.

We should all be thankful for the musical masters of Alabama, The Million Dollar Band.
