At long last, college football is nearly back. Here’s how to watch Alabama Crimson Tide football throughout the 2022 season.

Roll Tide! Football is almost back – which means we finally have our Saturday rituals back. Here’s how to watch Alabama Crimson Tide football in 2022.

Alabama Crimson Tide 2022 Outlook

Well, at this point, there’s no muddying the waters in Tuscaloosa. It’s championship or bust when it comes to the Tide.

Alabama fell just short of that goal last season, losing to Georgia in the National Championship game. But, they do return two players who finished in the top five of the Heisman voting a year ago – Bryce Young and Will Anderson Jr.

Young obviously took home the Heisman Trophy, completing 67 percent of his passes for 4,872 yards and 47 touchdowns. But, there’s a chance those prolific passing numbers dip a bit with an inexperienced wide receiver group in 2022.

As a – potential – result, we might see the Tide run, run and run some more.

The good news? They’ve got the backs who can shoulder that load.

Jahmyr Gibbs will lead the charge. Gibbs transferred from Georgia Tech, where he spent two seasons. Over that time he ran for 1,206 yards and eight touchdowns while catching 60 passes for 773 yards and five scores. Behind him, the Tide will use some combination of Trey Sanders, Camar Wheaton, Roydell Williams and Jase McClellan.

Alabama Crimson Tide 2022 Schedule

Not many games are locked into a time slot yet, but we already know that Alabama will begin the season on Saturday, September 3 against Utah State. That game will be broadcast on the SEC Network at 7:30PM ET. The following week is a big matchup with Texas, which will air on FOX at 12PM ET.

Alabama will have just three road games through the first two months of the season, but November brings back-to-back road games against LSU and Ole Miss. Finally, the Tide will finish the regular season with an Iron Bowl home game.
