Citrus Bowl (2-0)

1995: Alabama 24 Ohio State 17

Gene Stallings was essentially one point away from a second national championship as the head coach of Alabama, or at least a second unbeaten season. Two years removed from the 1992 undefeated season and championship, Alabama finished the regular season with a perfect record but lost to Florida by one point in the SEC Championship which sent the Crimson Tide to the Citrus Bowl.

Florida lost the Sugar Bowl to Florida State, and Nebraska beat Miami in the Orange Bowl to win the national championship. Bama finished the year ranked fifth.

2020: Alabama 35 Michigan 16
