Your Weekly Auburn Zen: Co-SEC West Recruiting Champs

It’s that time again, where we scour the Auburn message boards like an Opelika housewife on the dirt floor of an outhouse, to bring you this week’s unintentional comedy bonanza. As always, spelling and grammar errors are left in.

I think the presure is building, AU isn’t going away like he would like and we are recruiting and doing it the right way.

Wow. I can’t even imagine how angry saban must be over these comments. I won’t be surprised if they threaten to pull his offer if he ever says another positive word about Auburn.

Considering the meltdown on here on signing day. When it was all said and done we finished 3rd in recruiting behind UF and bammer. Ahead of LSU GEORGIA UT ETC. after the average season we had what a great job bybthisvstaff and 2013 is setting up to be better.

The way I see it, Cam was the greatest smokescreen ever in college FB. Chiz puts together one of the best recruiting staffs in the nation and we start pulling in top 10 classes. In a round about way Cam let us fly under the radar as far as building a strong program. Phase one of the plan is complete. We have the talent, now it’s time for phase two. Chiz and co. have to develop these guys and get to the point of reloading. I can’t wait to see what our coaching staff does with all the talent we have and watching it translate onto the field! WAR EAGLE!

I love to see our coaches turning little nickies tactics against him. The four year scholly and the midget screwing over recruits is going to be a huge recruiting tool

On another note Saban has the personality of a cardboard box. I just don’t see him as a closer. Which amazes me that he has been able to haul In such great classes

The kid said one of the biggest reasons for choosing was that Auburn had a Christian environment with the team Chaplain having an office in the athletic building. Seems he just needed to way his options

When does running fast mean we will be good??

That display last year was beyond pathetic. And I’ve seen Hugh Nall and Rick Trickett do more with less. I will believe it was a one year outlier reflective of the players more than the coach, and I am expecting 200% improvement from a younger squad this year.

The class he has assembled this winter is nothing short of amazing for AU. I’d expect that any school in the country would be willing to swap based on overall quality.

Stop rubbing it in everyone’s (my) face that you live in Auburn, OP. I am beyond jealous.

Since bama is so proud of their championships both real and frabricated. Has anyone ever looked at the total number of national championships Auburn has (all sports) vs what bama has; I think we have more and wouldn’t it be nice to have it to throw back at them.

Well considering bama already has several 2013 commits from the state of GA, they must not be getting too much resistance over here. I am very disappointed that HS coaches in the state have not banded together in honor of Justin Taylor (to keep saben and his antics out of the state).

And finally, at least one Auburn fan understands their place in the scheme of things:

Welcome to Auburn, Alex, and thanks for bringing us up to number 10!!
