Power Ranking: Alabama’s Top Five 2014 SEC Opponents

The SEC Championship is one of the main goals of any team in the Southeastern Conference, and getting through an SEC schedule is no easy task.

We’re going to look at Alabama’s five toughest 2014 conference games. Some of these teams were really too close to call. That’s the fun of a power ranking. Some of you will have a different opinion than I do, so be sure to share your rankings in the comment section at the end of the article. I’ve even braced myself for the inevitable comments from fans of other schools that will let me know why I am wrong and wondering why I didn’t give their school more credit.

This ranking isn’t really a power ranking in the sense that this is who I believe are the most powerful teams in the SEC but more so, which teams I believe stand the better chance to give the Tide a loss for the year.

Without further ado, let’s get it started. My flame suit is on and I am prepared.
