What a difference a week makes in College Football. Alabama, coming off the 1 point, scrape-by win in Fayetteville, came back home once again to Bryant-Denny Stadium. It seemed that a rebirth of the team occurred as Alabama just simply crushed Texas A&M by a final of 59-0.
It was the first time since 2003 that Texas A&M had been shutout and the largest margin of victory for a top 25 team in the Saban era. A lot of records were broken, but it was really nice to see an Alabama team play loose, have fun and execute the gameplan so well.
As usual, we have compiled the best tweets from the Twitterverse and laid them out for your entertainment.
This is why the SEC can’t have nice things. But that wouldn’t be the only thing the Aggies would let go…
First quarter: Total offense, Alabama 217, TAMU 8

TOP: Alabama 12:04, TAMU 2:56.
They say a team takes on the personality of their coach, well Bama definitely looks pissed off.

I could have selected a whole bunch of good tweets to describe how much Alabama dominated the game, especially in the first half. It’s a complete 180 from last week.
At some places, they serve shakes. At TJ's Shake Shop, we pour them on you and you love it.

TJ Yeldon is Bama's second best WR? Kiffin is weird.
— Red Velvet Rick 🥋 (@RickMuscles) October 18, 2014
TJ Yeldon had himself a game, if you can call it that. Yeldon has 114 total rushing yards to add to his 35 additional receiving yards. It’s been a while since we’ve highlighted Yeldon, so it’s good to see that running game/tight end style play come back.
Verne: "One of the great traditions at A&M is when they score you kiss your date." Gary: "We have a better chance of kissing than they do."

I’m so sorry to give you all that visual, but it wouldn’t be a proper twitter roundup if I didn’t take a dig at Gary and Verne.
Ouch.

This was tweeted a few touchdowns before the final score. Showing some vanity there, Manziel? Speaking of…

Kenyan Drake with a basket full of Oatmeal Cream Pies is all I've ever wanted
— Brian Oliu (@BrianOliu) October 18, 2014
That was probably the greatest moment of the game, seeing Kenyan Drake with Saban’s lucky snacks in his basket.
And now a few more miscellaneous, but hilarious, tweets:
Nick Saban's just gonna say "That good enough?" and walk out of the presser after this one.

CBS doesn't have anything to show except the Crimson and White Game?

Glad we didn't fire Saban after that 1 point win at Arkansas

Remember, #CFBPlayoff committee will meet 10/27 to begin deciding which four teams from #Alabama and #Mississippi will play where

Tweet of the Week
Leaving Hill in right now is like making a kid smoke a whole carton of cigarettes to learn a lesson.
— Corbin Cupp (@cuppycup) October 18, 2014
Seriously, what was Sumlin thinking? It seems the losses were getting to him.
Bonus Tweets
(Tweets that aren’t related to the game, but still noteworthy)

I don't see a way for there to be four, but I think three SEC West teams in the top 4 after today is realistic.
