Alabama vs Tennessee: Time traveling to the last Vols victory

There were a lot of great TV shows ending and starting back when Tennessee was last able to muster up enough hill people power to beat Alabama.

In 2006 the TV show “Heroes” started… no not the one on now called “Heroes Reborn”… the original “Heroes.”

In 2006 a brand new kids show debuted on the Disney Channel called “Hannah Montana”.

And now in 2015 Miley Cyrus looks like this…

Another kids show still on the air in 2006 was the now wildly uncomfortable Bill Cosby kids show “Little Bill.”

Just like Bill Cosby things have only gotten worse for the Tennessee Volunteers since 2006.

Big TV shows starting the last time Tennessee beat Alabama were “Psych”, “Dexter”, and “Friday Night Lights”.  I guess Coach Gaines speeches don’t help teams that wear orange.

Sadly 2006 is also the year the show “The West Wing” ended.  That was a great show and I think Toby probably captures the feeling of most Vols since then…
