1 Nick Saban

It’s obvious what number one should be, it had to be Nick Saban.  Nick Saban has created a legacy at Alabama that now rivals Bear Bryant’s. Nick Saban brought Alabama football out of the darkness and back to the glory days, and that’s not all he’s done.

Saban has certainly won championships, but he’s also helped lead a community out of the shadow of a horrific tornado and helped mold a university into the best version of itself.

Alabama isn’t perfect, but Alabama is much closer to perfect thanks to Nick Saban inspiring not just the football team, but the entire university to commit to the process.

Only time will tell exactly what Nick Saban’s final legacy at Alabama will be, but we hope the outstanding things he’s done for the Tuscaloosa community are remembered just as long as his wins on the football field.

We are certainly thankful for Nick Saban.
