I don’t really even know where to start with this bunch. They are our rivals, but they haven’t really been a thorn in our side in many years.

Have you ever watched the movie “Planes, Trains, and Automobiles”? Do you remember the scene where Steve Martin and John Candy have to spend the night in the same room? If you do, you will remember when Steve was ranting at Candy about how he never shuts up and that he is like one of the dolls that has the string to pull to make it talk. Like Martin said about Candy, Tennessee fans are those fans that keep pulling their own strings just to hear themselves talk.

Yes, they have some rather talkative fans on Twitter and they are good at talking and discussing accomplishments that haven’t been seen in the Hill Country in quite some time. If they don’t like something you say, the whole Twitter army (are we in elementary school?) will go to war with you in your mentions until they’ve won. If that is the case, I’m undefeated in warfare with Tiffani Thiessen from “Saved by the Bell”.

The predictions are already coming in that the Vols will challenge in the east and possibly make it to Atlanta. They are prepared, having built a brick wall that Donald Trump dreams about in his sleep. They have all the ingredients to take home the off-season crown.
