Alabama’s 2016 A-Day game is just 2 days away, and we know everyone wants to meet the team, right?

ICYMI: Alabama Basketball Hires John Pelphrey As Assistant Coach

Oh – wait – I meant the BamaHammer team. Did you honestly think I could get anywhere near the actual Alabama players?? Sadly, that isn’t going to happen.

I’ll be lucky to get a high-five from a water boy during the Walk of Champions.

However, if you want to meet the editors and writers who are responsible for the awesomeness that is the site, and maybe pick up some BH swag while you’re at it, read on.

BamaHammer Stickers!
BamaHammer Stickers! /

The staff of BH will be out and about in Tuscaloosa Saturday, ready to meet as many Crimson Tide fans as possible. We’ll have FREE STUFF: stickers, armbands, and maybe a few surprises to hand out to readers all over campus before and after the game.

To meet us all in one place, wander over to the front steps of Reese Phiffer Hall at 11:30AM. (Reese Phiffer is the communications building across from the Quad, near the stadium. Leave Denny Chimes and walk towards BDS; it will be on your left with the giant antennas on top. Can’t miss it).

“I want one of those super-awesome stickers, but I don’t know what you look like or how to find you!” you may cry.

You’re in luck. Below is a complete listing of the current BamaHammer staff, as well as a link to each writer’s Twitter profile. We will all be tweeting pictures throughout the day – events around campus, shameless selfies, even pictures with the readers we meet. You’ll also be privy to the latest updates on our respective locations, as well as the witty humor and running commentary we already bring you day after day.

Chris wouldn’t let me post anything except this picture of his cartooned face on Saban’s body, so just look for a tall guy who looks like a real-life version of this pic. Might even have a bottle of Coca-Cola with him for authenticity.

Jamey’s the newest member of the BH staff. He’s a recruiting guru, hardcore Gump, and PR major at UA. Jamey proudly proclaims that he’s never seen a single Star Wars movie. Nerds, have at ’em.

You can probably find Tyler on the Quad or (loudly) singing Rammer Jammer in Bryant-Denny, even without the MDB backing him up. He can usually be spotted holding a paper tray full of cheese fries.

Josh Boutwell – Writer –

Josh won’t be at A-Day this year, because Josh is getting MARRIED! Clearly, he is excused.  Congratulations, Josh, and Roll Tide! See you in the fall.

Blake also will not be joining us Saturday. He’s being a good son and helping his parents move, so we can’t fault him for that. He’ll be checking in with us on Twitter and watching the game on ESPN.

And lastly, here I am.  I’m co-editor with Chris, so I’m pretty active on social media and around the BamaHammer site trying to keep all these boys in line.

Meredith /

I know I look different from my normal bio picture, but I’m too broke to have a professional hair/makeup/lighting crew to follow me around all the time. You get this instead (sideways “Seriously?” look included at no additional cost).

YOU can follow me all the time on Twitter though – @DivineMrsMH . If you come to Reese Phiffer, I’ll be easy to spot because I’m the only female currently on staff.  (Probably why I have that expression on my face…All. The. Time).

I’ll be tweeting my location throughout the day, so come find me, say hey, and get yourself some BamaHammer stuff!
