7. Grab A Burger At Rama Jama’s

In the shadow of Bryant-Denny Stadium sits one of the best places to eat on the campus of UA.

Rama Jama’s breakfast or lunch is good any day of the week, but you MUST experience the small burger joint during an Alabama game day.

Rama Jama’s opened in 1996 and has been a hit ever since, whether it’s the cities best breakfast or their amazing burgers for lunch you can’t go wrong.  Don’t be surprised if you walk in to get some food and end up sitting next to a table of Alabama athletes and/or coaches (when I was in school, the Offensive Line held their “meetings” there).

They are also known for having the nicest staff as well as a locally famous owner, known for his successful business on or around campus and also for his extreme likeness to a certain football coach at UA. It never fails that some outsiders come into Rama Jama’s and leave thinking Nick Saban is running a restaurant outside of his own football stadium.

Make sure you order the National Championship BLT, which has recently been updated with an extra piece of bacon to round it out at a solid 16 pieces on one sandwich.
