Yeah yeah yeah, I know. This is a picture from PJ Fleck’s playing days with the San Fransisco 49ers. But honestly, can you blame me?
That smile! Those eyes! That hair!! This guy was and still is 100% adorbs. 35 year old PJ Fleck is from Sugar Grove, Illinois. He attended Northern Illinois University where he played wide receiver. After several wide receiver position coaching stints in both college and the NFL with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Fleck accepted his first head coaching position at Western Michigan in 2013.
Fleck has made headlines showing off his incredible personality, participating in Harlem Shake YouTube videos, adding an in-stadium DJ for WMU home games, and even doing a “Polar Bear Plunge” fundraising event that raised money for the Michigan Special Olympics.

Of course this hottie is married, and he has five – FIVE – children! So along with being very, very attractive, it can be assumed that Fleck is very, very tired.
