Crimson Tide Football: Photos From Bama’s Win Over WKU

WKU receiver Taywan Taylor (2) is tackled by Bama DB Eddie Jackson (4).
The Tide lead 10-3 in the second half when defensive back Eddie Jackson came up big.
Jackson intercepted a pass from WKU quarterback Mike White and returned it 55 yards for a touchdown. The Tide then took a 17-3 lead over the Hilltoppers.
Jackson has emerged as a leader on defense for the Crimson Tide. While the senior has a personally great game against the Hilltoppers, he was disappointed with the team’s overall performance.
“I am just really thinking about how we played,” Jackson said in the post game press conference. “It was a bad game — how we played as a team, as a unit. It was just all bad…We have high expectations for ourselves.”
In the first half, the Crimson Tide defense forced two turnovers, and Western Kentucky managed 163 yards of total offense.
