Some Vols got into a scuffle at the Music City Bowl, but it wasn’t with Nebraska fans, it was with other Vols.

Fights at college football games happen, but they are usually between fans of two different teams. As usual Tennessee fans found a way to make even the common stadium scuffle more epic. It was hill person on hill person crime at the Music City Bowl today.

This is no way for champions of life to act.

This is now my second favorite Vols moment from 2016. It beats out champions of life, but nothing can beat what happened after the Vandy vs. Vols game…

Those Vandy kids are trolling hard in the paint.

The Volunteers did manage to beat Nebraska so they do end their season with a big Music City Bowl win. It won’t be long until the win in the Music City Bowl is taken by the orange faithful as a sign that the Vols are “back” and that “next year” will be their year.

The Vols are running on about five years of being the offseason national champions and I’m sure this big Music City Bowl win sets up for yet another big playoff bound offseason for the hill people.

Remember how confident all the hill people were that they were going to take out Alabama and win it all this year? It seems like just yesterday we were seeing tweets like this…

But don’t worry hope springs eternal in the deep dark hills.

If the Vols had won all the games they lost they’d be in the playoff.

Oh man, look at that fool.

They’ve also always got rooting for whoever Bama is playing.

It’s only been 3,723 days since Tennessee last beat Alabama in football. Roll Tide.
