What to expect

The Alabama Crimson Tide will be competing for its 27th SEC Football Championship. The Crimson Tide last won the SEC title in 2016. Georgia will be attempting to win its 14th SEC Championship. The Bulldogs won the title last season.

Despite the advantage given the Crimson Tide by oddsmakers, the SEC Championship should be a four-quarter game.
