Check out all the information on the Alabama football game against the Arkansas Razorbacks and the latest schedule of Homecoming events.

It is going to be a rain dampened and event altered Homecoming weekend in Tuscaloosa. The Alabama football game against Arkansas appears to be one of the weekend’s events, least impacted by weather. While it is expected to rain throughout the day in Tuscaloosa, the rain is predicted to break around 7:00 PM CST, with only a 25 percent chance of rain at kickoff.

Popular Homecoming events were canceled due to the steady rain expected. Not taking place this year are the Friday night bonfire and pep rally and the Saturday afternoon Homecoming parade.

The tweet below shows what Saturday will be around a sodden Quad in Tuscaloosa.

Alabama football coach, Nick Saban will not be talking “washout.” Not only is weather as an external condition, not an allowable distraction, Saban has a plan for everything. If the weather forecast is wrong and a hard, steady rain occurs at any point in the game, the Alabama football team already knows how it will respond.

The Crimson Tide may not run up 65 points as it did last season with Tua. The relative inexperience of Mac Jones and possible game conditions may slow down the Alabama football offensive juggernaut. Crimson Tide fans should not worry about Jones. Reports coming out of Tuscaloosa this week have said the redshirt sophomore has looked sharp and has stepped into a leadership role.
