Alabama Football: Four Bold Predictions for Tide in November
By Ronald Moody
Alabama shuts out Auburn at Jordan Hare
Winning at Jordan Hare is always a tough task for Alabama. The Tide has lost two of its last three against its rivals at home. Head coach Gus Malzahn and the ravaging fans are always at their absolute best, ensuring the environment is hostile.
It is Tua’s first appearance there as the starting quarterback. Last season, the junior quarterback had six total touchdowns against the Tigers in Tuscaloosa.
The smooth lefty chops up the Auburn defense just like he did last year. In contrast, freshman quarterback Bo Nix in his rivalry game struggles mightily. Boobie Whitlow and DJ Williams will not be able to find running room against the Tide, limiting the Auburn offense.
Bama wins 38-0.
Afterward, Alabama football will prepare to play the Florida Gators in the SEC Championship game. Also, Malzahn finds himself on the hot seat again after losing the last two games to Alabama by double digits.
Rest well, Alabama football. The entire nation will be watching November 9.
