From 2011 to 2017, Nick Saban managed the top ranked recruiting class for seven straight seasons. With this kind of recruiting, it certainly is no surprise that the Tide continuously dominated its opponents during that time.

6 SEC Championships

Since 2009, Alabama Football has dominated the SEC winning six of the SEC Titles during that time. Alabama beat Florida three times, Georgia twice (in exciting fashion both times), and Missouri once. Alabama Football’s success in the SEC fuels the dominance of the SEC West over the SEC East. Over the last decade, the SEC East only won one championship, of course at the hands of Auburn.
