Alabama Football: NSD news and Crimson Tide 2020 Signing Class

Alabama football 2020 National Signing Day is here. ‘Bama Hammer’ will update each new class signing throughout the day.

Alabama football went into the early morning of National Signing Day (NSD) with 23 players in its 2020 class. The final class number is expected to be between 26 and 28 players.

All the expected announcement action will take place before noon. Bama Hammer will update this post with each new signing. We will also add information on the decisions of any top targets choosing other schools.

12 NOON UPDATE

Damieon George is confirmed to be the 25th player in the Alabama football 2020 class. No further signings are expected today.

9:45 AM UPDATE

Short of an unexpected last-minute flip to the Crimson Tide, the 2020 class will finish with 25 players. Damieon George, 3-Star, Offensive Tackle will announce before noon. Every Alabama football insider believes George previously signed with the Crimson Tide but chose to delay the announcement.

Missing on Rakestraw and Jackson is disappointing. It could mean there will be room for a couple of later transfers from the portal.

• Very disappointing news as Jimbo Fisher and not the Crimson Tide gains the signature of 4-Star, Defensive Tackle, McKinnley Jackson.

• Ennis Rakestraw; 3-Star Cornerback chose Missouri.

7:00 AM NSD UPDATE

• Jamil Burroughs; 4-Star Defensive Tackle signed with the Crimson Tide. Burroughs is the 25th member of the 2020 Signing Class.

6:30 AM NSD UPDATE

• Javon Baker; 4-Star Wide Receiver signed with the Crimson Tide. Baker becomes the 24th member of the 2020 Signing Class.
