Alabama football’s keys to dominating on Saturday.

Alabama football has done everything right so far. They are 9-0 with only one close game, and they have three Heisman contenders on offense. They have faced many tests, and the Tide have passed them with flying colors.

Alabama has one final test against the Arkansas Razorbacks on Saturday. This will be far from a challenge. Arkansas has exceeded every expectation, but they are still light years away from competing with the Crimson Tide. Because of that, writing about the keys to beating the Hogs seems wrong.

Alabama can beat Arkansas with Bryce Young under center and Jase McClellan at running back. Because of that, let’s instead look at keys for Alabama football to dominate in their last regular-season game of 2020. That will involve a complete game with higher standards, so let’s begin.

5. Remain balanced offensively

Alabama has the best offense in college football. They could beat the Razorbacks in a handful of ways. Any one of those would work. However, that would not be enough for the Tide to dominate. They need to consistently beat Arkansas on all fronts.

That means that Alabama needs to win with Najee Harris in the running game and Mac Jones in the passing game. Not only that, but the passing game needs to be balanced as well. DeVonta Smith will find some new record to break, but Alabama needs to see John Metchie and Slade Bolden get targets as well.

This offense is so stacked that it is hard for everyone to eat. However, Mac Jones is great at distributing the football. If anyone can make it work, it is Mac Jones and Steve Sarkisian.
