These NFL teams should consider drafting Alabama football’s Dylan Moses

There are plenty of great inside linebackers who played for Alabama football in the NFL. This tradition began with Dont’a Hightower and CJ Mosley, and it has been carried on by Rashaan Evans and Mack Wilson. Dylan Moses will be the next in the pipeline as he awaits the 2021 NFL Draft.

Moses has been highly touted for years, but a knee injury kept him from playing as a junior. As a senior, he struggled with pain in his knee, and it limited his play. This might hurt his draft stock, but he will likely still be drafted by the third round.

Moses will give his all for any team, but his success will depend on which team drafts him. With that in mind, these are the best landing spots for the Alabama football linebacker.

3. Buffalo Bills

Buffalo should be ready to compete with the top teams in the AFC for the foreseeable future, but they still need to improve. They have a solid defense, but they learned in the playoffs that it takes more than that to stop Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs.

The Bills need to gain depth and speed on defense. While Moses lost a step in 2020, he proved as an underclassman that he has what it takes to keep up with quick offenses. If he can get his knee fully healthy, this will be a great value.

The Bills could go in a lot of directions in the first round. If they don’t address the linebacker position early, they could look to draft Dylan Moses in the second or third round as a value grab at a position of need. This would have Moses competing for Super Bowls on a well-coached team with a chance to start early.
