Christion Jones was a four-year player for Alabama football and a starter in 2013 and 2014.

Christion was a wide receiver, primarily lining up in the slot. He was also a punt and kick returner and a regular member of kick coverage teams.

As a receiver, Jones caught 85 passes for 1035 yards in his Crimson Tide career. As a kick and punt returner, he returned four kicks for touchdowns. Jones is No. 3 in the Alabama football record book for kickoff return yards in a season. He returned kickoffs for 631 yards in the 2013 season. He is also No. 4 in Tide records for average punt return yards for a career at 10.9 yards.

The 2013 season opener against Virginia Tech was the most explosive game of Christion’s Alabama football career. He scored three touchdowns on a kickoff return, a punt return and a touchdown reception. Jones six kickoff and punt returns totaled 209 yards.

After college, Jones signed with the Miami Dolphins as an undrafted free agent. Hampered by a leg injury, Jones failed to make the Dolphins 53-man roster. In 2016 Jones played in the Canadian Football League.
