23. New York Jets: Kadarius Toney, WR, Florida

New York has plenty of draft selections in the next two drafts, so they have a chance to completely rebuild this roster. They certainly need to do that after being one of the worst franchises over the past five years.

Even with the treasure trove of picks, you have to draft a receiver early this year. They have practically no long-term weapons besides Denzel Mims, and they need to build around their new quarterback. This is what they failed to do with Sam Darnold, and that’s why he could never be evaluated.

There’s no guarantee that Zach Wilson will make it in the NFL, but adding weapons gives him his best chance to succeed.

24. Pittsburgh Steelers: Najee Harris, RB, Alabama

The Alabama football star could have been drafted last year, but he developed over his senior season. He showed his agility, strength and third-down abilities. He has what it takes to be the best running back in the NFL before his rookie contract is up.

The Steelers need building blocks for the future, but they also need someone who can help them win before Big Ben retires. Many will scoff at drafting a running back in the first round, but trust me. Alabama football’s Najee Harris is worth the pick.

The Steelers would need to add linemen in later rounds, but Harris would work as a runner, receiver and blocker for Pittsburgh.
