25. Jacksonville Jaguars: Elijah Moore, WR, Ole Miss

The Jaguars landed the best quarterback prospect since Andrew Luck with the first pick, but he’s not enough. The Jaguars are picking first for a reason. They’ve traded almost every good player away, and they need weapons like plants need sunlight.

Elijah Moore isn’t perfect, but he’s smooth with his routes and will give Lawrence a reliable target. He played well against Alabama football’s secondary, and he was well-coached by Lane Kiffin.

There’s a chance the Jaguars will go defense, but I could see Urban Meyer wanting to build an offensive juggernaut at first. With Lawrence, you need to give him a chance to shine. That means drafting linemen and receivers. Since the Jaguars are retaining Alabama football’s Cam Robinson at left tackle, I have them taking the best receiver available instead.

26. Cleveland Browns: Kwity Paye, EDGE, Michigan

Some teams are in a position to get more out of their position players than others. Pittsburgh can turn a third-round receiver into a top star. If Alabama football’s Mac Jones goes to San Francisco, he will play better than almost any other rookie quarterback. The same can be said for an edge rusher in Cleveland. When you play alongside Myles Garrett, you’re probably going to get more chances to sack the quarterback.

Kwity Paye might be the best pass rusher in this class. If he is drafted by the Browns, he will almost certainly have the most production.
