11. New York Giants: Micah Parsons, LB, Penn State

Micah Parsons is one of the most athletic players in the 2021 NFL Draft. He brings versatility to any defense, and he could be a difference-maker in the NFL. He can cover, stop the run and rush the passer.

The Giants love linebackers. If they have a chance to draft someone as talented as Micah Parsons, they will probably seize the opportunity. They could draft a certain Alabama football receiver instead, but they added weapons in free agency, so they could instead add depth in the later rounds.

12. Philadelphia Eagles: DeVonta Smith, WR, Alabama

This would be a dream scenario for the Philadelphia Eagles. They traded back to add future assets, but they still want to build around Jalen Hurts. Having an elite receiver fall to them is a massive win.

This would pair former Alabama football teammates. Smith would instantly be WR1 in Philly, and he could take the pressure off of a young quarterback. While Hurts loves to keep plays alive with his legs, Smith would give him an outlet option when things break down.

Eagles fans might prefer a corner or lineman, but the value here is too good to pass up. When in doubt, draft an Alabama football wide receiver.
