Alabama Football: Tide breaks record in final NFL Mock Draft

Alabama football breaks record in NFL Mock Draft 5.0
19. Washington Football Team: Teven Jenkins, OT, Oklahoma State
Washington desperately needs a quarterback, but one won’t fall to them. That’s why they signed Ryan Fitzpatrick. If they can’t upgrade at quarterback, they should at least find a way to make the rest of the better for when they inevitably add their quarterback of the future.
Washington needs plenty of key players to improve, but adding an offensive tackle would be clutch for them. This would help Fitzpatrick, who is too old to play behind a weak offensive line.
Jenkins is arguably the best right tackle in the 2021 NFL Draft. However, not many believe that he can play on the left side. He isn’t perfect, but he can play right tackle at an incredibly high level.
Washington needs to be looking to trade up. If a quarterback falls, they have to be in the conversation to move up in the draft and take a guy. It doesn’t matter who falls. They are desperate enough to take any of the top five guys.
However, they can’t manufacture a quarterback prospect. If the top five are gone, they have to go somewhere else. They could add a wide receiver or inside linebacker, but I have them bolstering the offensive line with Teven Jenkins.
