Jalen Milroe
Class: Freshman
HT/WT: 6’2, 201 LBs.
Hometown: Katy, TX
High School: Tompkins
Number: 15
The lone quarterback in Alabama’s incoming freshman class, Jalen Milroe now enters year one in Tuscaloosa as one of the top freshman quarterbacks in the country.
Rated as as a consensus four-star recruit, as well as one of the top dual-threat quarterbacks in the country, Milroe comes to Tuscaloosa as a must-see quarterback prospect. After combining to pass for 3,825 yards and 42 touchdowns, as well as 559 yards and 11 touchdowns the previous two seasons as one of the top overall players in the talent-rich state of Texas, Milroe comes into this season as one of the top freshman quarterbacks in the SEC.
Milroe will most-likely begin the season behind both Young and Tyson on the depth chart, but don’t be surprised if we see the exciting young freshman early-on. The dual-threat quarterback is one of the best pure athletes on the Crimson Tide roster this season, and may force his way onto the field sooner rather than later.
Prediction for 2021 Season Stat Line:
10/15, 150 yards, 1 TD, 15 rushes, 40 yards, 1 TD
The Alabama quarterback group of Young, Tyson, and Milroe will be one of the best in all of college football this season. While Young will most-likely be the starter, the Crimson Tide display two backups that are just as capable of shining on the field as well.
