Caden Clark

Class: Freshman

HT/WT: 6’4, 258 LBs.

Hometown: Akron, OH

High School: Archbishop Hoban

Number: 87

The other notable freshman tight end on the Crimson Tide’s 2021 roster alongside Ouzts is Caden Clark.

Rated as a four-star prospect, Clark attended Archbishop Hoban (OH) where he was regarded as one of the top players in the state of Ohio. Clark posted a couple strong seasons in high school headlined by his 2018 junior campaign where he caught 30 passes for 650 yards and 11 TD’s while being named to the USA-Today All-USA Ohio Football Team as a first-teamer.

It is unknown what role Clark may play for the Crimson Tide this season, but is an intriguing tight end prospect to watch going forward. While potentially seeing time on special teams, don’t be surprised if Clark emerges as a potential dark horse tight end option in the passing game.

Prediction for 2021 Season Stat Line:

5 catches, 20 yards, 1 TD

Replacing a player like Forristall that played an important role for Alabama’s offense the past couple of seasons will be an important task for the Crimson Tide offense in 2021. However, this group has numerous different options to emerge, headlined by one of the most talented tight ends in college football.
