Alabama Crimson Tide Breakouts No. 2 and No. 3

Running back by committee is certainly the way to go in 2021. At least early in the season, Brian Robinson Jr. has earned the starting role and he might keep it for the entire season. Robinson can have a tremendous final Crimson Tide season and no player deserves it more. Other than Derrick Henry and Najee Harris, rotation at running back has always been key to keeping players fresh and healthy.

Behind B-Rob are three guys capable of having 2021 breakouts. They are Jase McClellan, Trey Sanders and Roydell Williams. Each of three would be the lead back on many SEC teams.

I am picking both Jase and Trey as the breakouts. Roydell is not far behind but Sanders and McClellan are probably the better pass-catching running backs.

Crimson Tide Breakout No. 4

It is easy to pick wide receiver Jameson Williams. His speed is a game-changer, but he is more than a one-dimensional wideout. He may not lead the Crimson Tide in receptions, but he is going to rack up a bunch of yards. Plus, he has a solid chance to bust one or more kick returns for a touchdown.
