Bulldogs . 2. team. 814. . 1-0. Previous:

One of the best defensive performances I have seen in the past several seasons. Georgia absolutely decimated the Clemson offense from the word go. It was a clinic. The offense obviously had its own struggles but JT Daniels looked sharp. His receivers just couldn’t do anything after the catch because of the performance of the Clemson defense. If this wasn’t a fluke we could be looking at a collision of epic proportions with Alabama football in Atlanta this December.

Alabama Football Defense Was Outstanding

That is the type of defense we have been missing from Alabama football the past several seasons. D’Eriq King was running for his life on nearly every play and the Miami runners couldn’t find space. It was a dominant performance against a very solid Miami team. Bryce Young is the real deal and although he is not quite as accurate as the two previous Alabama football QBs I would put him up against anyone in the country right now and feel comfortable. Will Anderson is an absolute monster up front and will be the focus of offensive game plans going forward. The only negative from this game is the loss of Chris Allen for the season, but Drew Sanders looked more than capable in the role after Allen’s injury. I truly mean no disrespect to the Bears but the Crimson Tide gets a tune-up game next week versus Mercer before traveling to the Swamp to face the fresh-faced Florida Gators.

Next. News and Rumors. dark

Alabama football certainly looked like the best team in the nation, but teams like Florida, Texas A&M, Ole Miss, and Auburn cannot be overlooked during the regular season. It might look different than last year, but I honestly believe the Crimson Tide will be hoisting that championship trophy again come January.
