Alabama Football vs. Florida Bold Prediction No. 1

The loud and intimidating environment in The Swamp will not bother Bryce Young. It will cause the offensive line some problems resulting in two or more penalties.

Florida Bold Prediction No. 2

Partly because of the stadium noise referenced above and also because right now, he brings the most consistency, plus leadership – Chris Owens will start at right tackle. The Swamp is no place for less experienced or true freshmen offensive linemen. Unless Owens is injured during the game, Owens will get all the right tackle snaps until time for mop-up duty.

Florida Bold Prediction No. 3

This prediction needs a preface. The Gators lead the FBS in total rushing yards (763 yards) and average rushing yards (381.5 yards) per game. In the Gator’s last game, rushing produced 363 yards. Five Florida running backs gained a total of 167 yards. Gator quarterbacks produced the rest.

The prediction is the Alabama Crimson Tide defense will hold the Gators to at least, 200 yards less than their season average.  It is tempting to make this prediction – at least, 250 yards less – but that might be too bold.
