Alabama Football Studs

Bryce Young

The sophomore quarterback kept his composure in a pressure game in a hostile environment. He threw three touchdowns in the first quarter. As the score became closer, he never faltered. His final stat line was 22-for-35 for 240 yards and three scores. The sky is the limit for Bryce as he continues to gain experience.

Will Anderson

“The Terminator” is a suitable moniker for Anderson. After being marked questionable for a knee injury he suffered last game versus Mercer, the sophomore linebacker played and remained as good as advertised.  He finished the game with seven tackles and two tackles for loss.

Brian Robinson Jr.

B-Rob’s numbers were not sizzling – just 75 yards rushing and seven yards receiving. Some of those were extremely tough yards and without them, the Crimson Tide does not win. The seven-yard catch became a touchdown after a couple of nifty moves by Robinson. He was also solid in pass protection against Florida blitzes.
