Alabama Crimson Tide Players to Watch

QB Bryce Young

Young has completed 68% of his passes through the first three games of the season for 811 yards and 10 touchdowns. Could we see the sophomore run the ball more this week?

WR Jameson Williams

Williams leads the Crimson Tide with 218 receiving yards on 11 catches, as well as tied for the team-lead with two touchdowns. The Ohio State transfer has caught at-least three passes in each game this season, and has another opportunity to do that here.

DT Phidarian Mathis

Mathis leads the Crimson Tide with 2.5 sacks on the season, as well as ranking fourth with 15 tackles. Having already surpassed his career-high in sacks, Mathis is well on his way to a career-season having already collected at-least 0.5 sacks in each game this season.

RB Brian Robinson Jr

Alabama’s leading rusher, Robinson has totaled 208 yards and two touchdowns on 37 carries this season, which also included a big touchdown last week against Florida. Reportedly dealing with an injury, Robinson is a prime candidate to find the end zone here should he play.

WR John Metchie III

Despite Williams leading the Crimson Tide in yards, Metchie leads the team with 17 receptions through the first three games. With those 17 catches, Metchie has turned that into 195 yards and a touchdown.

OLB Will Anderson Jr

Anderson as we know played a week ago where he totaled seven tackles. For the season, Anderson has amassed 19 tackles and one sack.

LB Henry To’o To’o

To’o To’o leads the Crimson Tide with 22 total tackles through the first three games of the season. The Tennessee transfer is coming off a season-high nine tackles a week ago.

RB Jase McClellan

Arguably Alabama’s most impressive player on offense so far this season has been McClellan who has 22 carries for 66 yards and a touchdown, as well as eight catches for 77 yards and two touchdowns. The sophomore has found the end zone in each of the past two games.

LB Christian Harris

Harris is tied for second on the Alabama defense with 19 total tackles on the season. The junior has also collected one sack.

K Will Reichard

Reichard is a perfect 15/15 on extra points, as well as 6/7 on field goals. On field goals of 40+ yards, Reichard is a perfect 3/3.
