Alabama Football: How Crimson Tide ranks in FBS and SEC Stats

Five weeks of college football is enough to compare Alabama Football stats nationally and against SEC teams. Sample size always makes any stat review problematic. Even at 10 games into the 2021 season, variations in schedule strength skew rankings.
That does not mean reviewing stats is meaningless. The relative strengths and weaknesses of a team are often apparent when compared to the 129 other FBS teams. In this review, team FBS and SEC stats are listed, along with a couple of individual stats for highly ranked Alabama football players.

It is interesting the Alabama Crimson Tide led the SEC last season, allowing 19.4 points-per-game. At 18.2 points this season, the Tide is No. 6 in the SEC.
