Quinerly returns for year two on the court in Tuscaloosa after enjoying a massive breakout season a year ago for the Crimson Tide. Appearing in 30 games, Quinerly averaged 12.9 PPG, 2.2 RPG, and 3.2 APG for the Crimson Tide while shooting 47.8% from the field and 43.3% from three.

A former five-star recruit out of high school, Quinerly spent a season at Villanova as a freshman, as well as sitting out the 2019-20 campaign after transferring to Alabama before enjoying a breakout season a year ago. Cementing himself as one of the top point guards in the SEC, if not the country, in the process, the junior could be set for yet another strong season in 2021-22.

Similar to Shackelford previously, Quinerly also enters the season as a preseason First-Team All-SEC selection, and could slot-in to the Crimson Tide rotation as either Alabama’s starting point guard, or a sixth-man role where he excelled a year ago. Regardless of a starting role or not, Quinerly will be one of the top point guards in the SEC this season, as well as a focal-point of the Crimson Tide backcourt.

2021-22 Season Prediction: 14.3 PPG, 2.3 RPG, 3.5 APG, 0.7 SPG, 0.1 BPG, 47.5 FG%, 44.1 3P%, 70.4 FT%, Second-Team All-SEC
