After taking a week off for the New Mexico State game, Alabama Football Bold Predictions return. The seven bold predictions for the LSU game were more wrong than right. Correct predictions included DeMarcco Hellams starting the game and the Tide holding the Bengal Tigers to less than 305 yards of net offense. LSU had 295 total yards on offense.

A third prediction was correct but was almost too easy to claim. It was Nick Saban would be gracious in post-game comments about the victory. The prediction included LSU coach, Ed Orgeron failing a graciousness test and as expected he made an ass of himself, parading in front of Alabama fans after the game.

All the other predictions for the LSU game were grossly inaccurate. Nothing more needs to be said. After the LSU game, the Bold Predictions record for the season is 33-28.

What about Alabama Football vs. Arkansas

This is not a disclaimer, but the game against the Razorbacks is not an easy one to predict. As Nick Saban has been saying all week, Arkansas is a good team. Sam Pittman has them playing hard and given their success so far in the season, they should play loose against the Crimson Tide. The tough Hogs will not be intimidated against the Crimson Tide. An additional motivation is they have something to prove after getting dominated by Georgia in October.

Assuming Arkansas will play well, the question is will the Crimson Tide show championship quality. It has every reason to do so, coming off the disappointing LSU victory and the inconsequential New Mexico State game.
