Having clinched the SEC West with a win last Saturday night, Alabama travels to Auburn to face the Tigers in one of the greatest rivalries in college football, The Iron Bowl.

The No. 3 ranked Crimson Tide are coming off of a 42-35 win last Saturday over Arkansas, the eighth time this season that the Alabama offense has eclipsed the 40-point mark. The Crimson Tide outgained the Razorbacks 671-468 in total yardage in the contest, with 559 of those yards coming through the air.

Alabama enters with a 10-1 overall record (6-1 in SEC) on the season, and as mentioned previously, clinched the SEC West a week ago, but will need a win here to keep any chances of making the College Football Playoff alive. The Crimson Tide have won nine of the last 13 meetings between the two, and enter this game averaging 44.4 PPG on the year while only allowing 19.7 PPG.

Auburn is coming off of a 21-17 road loss to South Carolina a week ago, the Tigers third consecutive loss after dropping games against Texas A&M and Mississippi State. In what-was the Tigers’ first game without injured quarterback Bo Nix, Auburn totaled 379 yards of total offense, as well as 191 coming on the ground.

Auburn sports a 6-5 overall record on the season (3-4 in SEC), and are currently in year No. 1 under new head coach Bryan Harsin. An up-and-down season at times for the Tigers, Auburn is averaging 30.3 PPG on offense, while allowing 22 PPG on defense.
