Hunter Sute

The lone freshman addition to the catching position on Alabama’s roster comes from Sute, a local product from Tuscaloosa who played his high school ball at American Christian Academy.

A talented multi-sport athlete in high school, Sute is an excellent hitter from the left side of the plate who batted a career .461 during his high school career, including a phenomenal .504 with 44 RBI’s as a senior. Coming off that previously mentioned senior season that earned Sute Class 4A First-Team All-Star honors, the freshman could see time in 2022.

Will Portera
