Alabama Football is back at Bryant-Denny for its sixth game of the 2022 season. The Saturday night contest is scheduled for a 7:10 PM CST kickoff.

The primary TV broadcast will be on CBS. The broadcast team is Brad Nessler, Gary Danielson and Jenny Dell.

A live stream of the game will also be provided by CBS. Additionally, the game can be seen on fuboTV.

Radio coverage will be provided by the Crimson Tide Sports Network (CTSN) with Chris Stewart, John Parker Wilson, Christian Miller and Roger Hoover. Along with the CTSN’s many radio stations, it can also be heard on Sirius/XM/SXM 84/84.

The Tuscaloosa weather for the game should be perfect, with the temperature in the low 60s at kickoff, with clear skies and light winds.

All the injury talk this week has been about quarterbacks on each side. Most attention has centered on whether Alabama Football starter, Bryce Young will be healthy enough to play. The Aggies will definitely be without their most recent starter, LSU transfer, Max Johnson.

Injuries have cost the Aggies other key players as well. For Alabama, the only starter not expected to play is defensive lineman, Justin Eboigbe.

The Crimson Tide has an 11-3 record against the Aggies. Check out this flashback to two long-ago Cotton Bowl games.

Alabama Football vs. Texas A&M Aggies Game Prediction

As of Friday night, FanDuel had the spread at Alabama -23.5 points, with an over/under of 48.5 points. The Moneyline is Alabama -2800 and Texas A&M +1160.

With two losses, every game is now a must-win for the Aggies. Texas A&M players are probably motivated by being such a large underdog. After last season’s upset the Alabama football team should be highly motivated as well.

With Bryce Young leading the Tide offense, the game would be a blowout. It will not be as easy without Bryce. Whether DJ Durkin uses a 3-2-6 and his preferred 3-3-5 A&M’s plan will be to make Jalen Milroe beat the Aggies with his arm.

My presumption, in predicting what will happen, is that Bryce Young will be given another week to heal.

Alabama is expected to be more run-option than RPO, but a loaded defensive box will leave the Aggies vulnerable to intermediate passes and quick tosses to the outside. Milroe must at least try some long balls. Connecting on one or two deep throws will deter the Aggies from dropping a safety into the box.

I expect Milroe to perform well and with Alabama being the better team, I am predicting the Tide covers the spread. If it doesn’t, it will be because Devon Achane breaks away for too many long runs.

Game Prediction: Alabama 38 – Texas A&M 13
