- Phillip Doyle (1987-1990) – Doyle played only one season for Stallings. In that first season for Stallings, the start was rocky. The Tide opened the season 0-3, with close losses to Southern Mississippi, Florida and Georgia. Two wins, over Vandy and Southwestern Louisiana, did little to soothe Alabama football fans. Game six was in Knoxville, with the Vols ranked No. 3. Alabama was unable to score a touchdown, but three Doyle field goals gave the Tide a 9-6 win. With the game tied at 6-6 late, Stacy Harrison blocked a Tennessee field goal to give the Tide a chance to win. As the clock ran out, Doyle nailed a 47-yard game-winner. Doyle was a 1990 All-America. He holds the Alabama record for made field goals in a game with six. He is tied for No. 5 on the longest Tide field goal list at 53 yards.
- Michael Proctor (1992-1995) – Proctor was a 1993 and 1994 All-America. Along with Doyle, he is one of four Tide kickers to make a 53-yarder.
- Daniel Pope (1995-1998) – Pope is No. 3 on the Alabama record list for punting average (minimum of 100 punts) at 43.5 yards.
Punt and kick returners are not included in the specialist, but rather in the All-Purpose category at the end of the post.
