Alabama football has seen eight players enter the NCAA's Transfer Portal so far, but unlike last year following Nick Saban's retirement, the Crimson Tide is able to fight back.

Kalen DeBoer and General Manager Courtney Morgan are not waiting around and are instead attacking the portal. Alabama has three visitors set up for this week alone, and others to come as DeBoer and company look to flip the roster in his image.

Florida DL Kelby Collins, NC State WR KC Concepcion, and Arkansas TE Luke Hasz are all scheduled to be in Tuscaloosa this week on official visits.

Collins is originally from Gardendale, Alabama and the Crimson Tide was among his favorite schools before he ultimately landed at Florida. Collins was a second-team freshman All-American at Florida in 2023 before playing a limited role for the Gators this season. Collins is also scheduled for a visit to Texas A&M this week.

Concepcion was the ACC Freshman of the Year in 2023 with 839 yards and 10 touchdowns. His numbers dipped as a sophomore with NC State's QB struggles following a season-ending injury to QB Grayson McCall.

Like Collins, Concepcion is also expected in College Station this week before coming to Tuscaloosa.

Hasz would fill a big need for Alabama with CJ Dippre and Robbie Ouzts exhausted their eligibility as well as Danny Lewis Jr. entering the Transfer Portal. Hasz could be a big piece for DeBoer's offense if he can stay healthy. Alabama was a factor when he was coming out of high school and finished as the runner-up to Arkansas.

Hasz is also expected to visit LSU and Ole Miss.

This offseason will be DeBoer's first real opportunity to build the roster the way he wants to. He had to sit back and watch his first Alabama roster get pillaged in January without being able to fight back. A normal offseason for him and the Crimson Tide will allow him to bring in his guys and we'll get to see what a DeBoer-built roster can do in Tuscaloosa.
