After a brutal Sunday in the Transfer Portal, Alabama has bounced back with some better news on Monday.
Shortly after Michigan OT Ty Haywood, a former Top 50 recruit in the 2025 recruiting class, announced his commitment to the Crimson Tide, Alabama snagged a Cam Coleman consolation prize in the portal.
NC State WR Noah Rogers committed to Alabama on Monday. Unlike his former teammate Hollywood Smothers, Rogers has reportedly already signed with the Crimson Tide:

Alabama lands NC State WR Noah Rogers in the Transfer Portal
No one is going to mistake Rogers for Cam Coleman, but the NC State transfer is a talented and experienced player who should fit in well in Alabama's WR room.
Rogers has spent the last two seasons at NC State after beginning his career at Ohio State. He was the No. 1 player in the state of North Carolina in the 2023 recruiting class. As a redshirt sophomore, he'll have two years of eligibility remaining.
Rogers took a redshirt at Ohio State in 2023 before transferring to NC State. In two seasons in Raleigh, Rogers put up 919 yards and three touchdowns. He had 441 yards and two touchdowns this season for the Wolfpack.
The signing of Rogers gives Alabama six receivers on next season's roster. Ryan Williams and Lotzeir Brooks will almost certainly make up two-thirds of the starting trio, with Rogers, redshirt sophomore Rico Scott, redshirt freshman Derek Meadows, and true freshman Cederian Morgan competing for the other starting spot.
At 6-foot-2, Rogers would seemingly be a nice fit on the outside opposite Williams, with Brooks as the slot WR.
Alabama likely isn't done at WR during this portal cycle. Kalen DeBoer and company will be looking for a couple additional depth pieces, but Rogers is a nice addition to the room at a much more affordable price than Coleman.
