Considering that 34 points is their lowest output of the season for Tennessee, Alabama's offense cannot sputter once across the 50 against the Vols. Once the Tide crosses the 50-yard line on Saturday, points of some sort have to be scored. Also, once in the redzone, a touchdown is a must.

Once again, the Vols have an explosive offense, and to beat them you can't miss scoring opportunities. With Joey Aguilar under center, their offensive explosiveness is similar to what we saw from them in 2022.

The good thing, though, is that the Tennessee defense gives up a lot of yards and points itself. Ty Simpson will need to be aggressive, yet smart with his attacks down the field. He is very poised right now and has complete trust in his receiving core, as seen with whom he targeted in key situations late in the game. It will be up to the offensive line to man up and give Simpson time to read the field, but as long as that time is there, he should not have any issues carving up their secondary. The most important thing will be ending drives with points and preferably seven when in the redzone.

We have seen Ryan Grubb dial up his play calls at times in the last three SEC wins, but he will need to be more consistent against the Tennessee defense. There will not be room for complacency across the board when we have the ball. Kalen DeBoer knows all too well from last year in Knoxville what happens when you don't capitalize on your offensive possessions. Hopefully, Jam Miller will pass all the concussion protocols and be able to play, as the offense seems much more dangerous when he is on the field. There were a few spots after he left the Missouri game that the offense was a little out of sync without him. Saturday at night in Tuscaloosa should be a fun one, as the Third Saturday in October has reemerged as a huge game nationally.
