Alabama vs. LSU how to watch, odds, injuries, weather, and series history
It's a playoff elimination game in Baton Rouge on Saturday night with Alabama Football walking into Death Valley to square off with LSU. Both teams have two losses, and neither can afford another if they want to make the College Football Playoff.
The Crimson Tide and Tigers both enter the game at 6-2 and coming off bye weeks. Alabama throttled Missouri 34-0 before the bye, while LSU fell 38-23 in College Station to Texas A&M. It was LSU's first SEC loss of the season and snapped a six game winning streak following a season opening loss to USC.
The path to the playoff remains clear for both teams, but there is no path for either that doesn't include a win in Baton Rouge on Saturday night.

In terms of contributors, Alabama should be pretty healthy entering this game. Keon Sabb will remain out with the foot injury he suffered against Tennessee, but barring any practice related injuries this week, Alabama should be good to go.
LSU injury report
LSU has a pretty extensive injury report that includes season ending injuries to LB Harold Perkins and RB John Emery Jr. WR CJ Daniels, LB Jake Ibieta, DT Kimo Makane'ole, OL Kobe Roberts, DE Princeton Malbrue, and OL Tyree Adams were all listed as questionable before the last game. We'll see what the injury report looks like officially on Wednesday night.
Weather forecast in Baton Rouge
Temps should be in the low 70's or high 60's by the time toe meets leather. There is a 50% chance of rain as it stands right now, so weather could be a factor.
Alabama and LSU Series History
This will be the 89th all time meeting Alabama and LSU in football. The Crimson Tide leads the all time series 59-27-5, and has won 11 of the last 13 meetings.
Alabama won last year's meeeting in Tuscaloosa 42-28, but LSU took the last game in Baton Rouge by a point in overtime.
This game has had a lot at stake since 2007 when Nick Saban arrived in Tuscaloosa. Nearly every year it decided the SEC West, with either the Tide or Tigers winning the West in 14 of Saban's 17 seasons as the Alabama head coach.
While the SEC West is no more, this is still a massive game with playoff implications.
